Frothing right-wing anchor tears into GOP leaders over midterm beatdown

Far-right activist Carl Higbie might normally have a calm demeaner — but viewers would not know that watching his performance on “Carl Higbie Frontline” Tuesday night on Newsmax.

Higby apparently had been building up his rage throughout Tuesday night and Wednesday day as Democrats swept Republicans out the door during the midterms — and with still more Democrat upsets brewing in the deep-red state of Mississippi and possibly Alaska.

By the time of his Wednesday evening show, the MAGA entertainer and dedicated Trump fan was ready to pop.

“Okay, consider the next few minutes deeply therapeutic, folks, because I got to get some stuff off my chest,” Higbie growled. “Last night was real bad for anyone who cares about America as we knew it. And I say knew it all, would be the first to admit. And while I try to be optimistic for two years, it was worse than I thought.”

Higbie tried to soothe his feelings arguing that “the good news is we're going to have two years of watching these commies try to govern on the principles that they've been preaching while in the minority, and it's like a non-winning thing,” and he was spurious of voters who went Democrats for affordability issues.

“Look, if you if you voted for Democrats on the basis of affordability, you guys got duped,” Higbie spat. “So great job to you Democrats out there and some Republicans that voted for them because that gave us the recipient of financial support from terrorists like Abdul El-Sayed.”

There is no evidence that any victorious Democrat Tuesday night has ties to terrorism.

However, despite his venom for Democrats Wednesday night, Higbie reserved most of his anger for his own party.

“Folks and Republicans are there scratching their heads, saying ‘I don't know how this happened. Like, how did a terrorist adjacent funded Muslim get elected in Michigan? A trans loving light in the loafers, a vegan and with an alleged girlfriend — how did he win in Texas? A guy who has kids with his cousin in Maine, a lady in Ohio who makes Kamala Harris look articulate and sober. Communists, socialists, economically illiterate buffoons. How did they all win?’ Well, I'll tell you how they won. People stayed home!” Higbie raged. “I tried to warn all the consultants and politicians and all the other people in DC that this was going to happen a year ago. … And if Republicans don't make things into law and get this through their head, they're going to lose. And Republicans are going to sit there in the minority scratching their head, saying ‘I don't understand why we didn't have turnout.’”

Higbie heaped his worst hate upon House Speaker Mike Johnson, who he blamed for not having enough votes to pass a MAGA wish-list of conspiracy-related laws and unfounded investigations.

Johnson, he said, failed to “throw a single” Democrat in jail, and that there was no accountability for Covid, with Democrats facing no imprisonment for shutting down schools and “forcing people to get a vaccine against their will.” He also accused former National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci — a favorite MAGA target — of “killing beagles and funding the Wuhan coronavirus lab.”

“No one is in jail for Russiagate for censorship,” Higbie added. “Not one of the 51 former Intel officials who told us that Hunter Biden's laptop was a Russian plant.”

Higbie also raged at Trump’s DOJ for “failing” to convict New York AG Letitia James for the third time “because you did it wrong the first time.” And he remained furious that Sen. Adam Schiff remained unimprisoned for unproven crimes.

“Looks like [former FBI head] James Comey is probably going to get off Scott free,” Higbie blared. “And the best the Republicans can do is ‘Here's $800 million more for Ukraine. Why the hell would Republicans be excited to vote if Trump's not on the ballot? You want to keep your majority? Throw 100 people in jail for political corruption and all the corruption that DOGE uncovered. None of those people are in jail. That's like low hanging fruit, including everybody involved with the Autopen [scandal.]

Higbie was unclear on why Biden using an autopen, as Trump does, qualifies as a jailing offense.
