Critics light into Lauren Boebert’s suggestive tweet targeting Joe Biden

Rep. Lauren Boebert's (R-Colo.) recent attempt to troll President Joe Biden resulted in social media users flipping the script and accusing her of projection.
On March 13, the conspiracy theorist lawmaker took to Twitter with remarks targeting the president. According to her, Biden is blaming former President Donald Trump for a number of hurdles the government is facing. Boebert also called for accountability from Democrats.
"Biden is more than halfway done with his term and he's STILL blaming Trump, and some people STILL believe him," Boebert tweeted. "Personal responsibility is something the Left really has no concept of."

Almost immediately after Boebert shared her tweet, Twitter users began highlighting the real problem with her remarks. Users mocked the Republican lawmaker's idea of accountability.
"A Republican talking about personal responsibility," one user tweeted.
Another user tweeted, "Right, because Donald Trump always takes personal responsibility for stuff? He just blamed Mike Pence for the Jan 6 riots. Maybe try something else."
Political podcast host Keith Olbermann also weighed in tweeting, "How's that family tradition of knocking up underage females going, Ms. Personal Responsibility?"
