Kamala Harris bursts into horrified laughter at GOP officials: 'These guys are out just of their minds!'

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), a leading presidential candidate, burst into appalled laughter on Wednesday while discussing the latest outrages from two GOP officials with Wolf Blitzer on CNN.

Blitzer asked for her reaction to acting Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Ken Cuccinelli making a bizarre comment about the Statue of Liberty's poem referring only to immigrants from Europe. The CNN host also played for her comments from Rep. Steve King (R-IA) on Wednesday in which he defended a no-exceptions ban on abortion by saying that without rape and incest, humans might not exist at all.

Harris broke into laughter, clearly stunned by the preposterous comments.

“These guys are out just of their minds!" she said. "What is that?!”

She continued: "What is going on with these people? They do not understand the importance and the responsibility of their jobs."

Asked by Blitzer whether King should resign, she said he should, and if not, he'll be beaten in the next election.
