MAGA accounts were flummoxed on X Wednesday after the White House posted a puzzling 11-second clip of an unknown observer traveling over sand while somebody appears to shout instructions from a megaphone amid the blare of distant sirens.
The post contains the short cryptic inquiry: “Are you listening?”
“I think The White House is teasing that an alien has escaped a government facility,” posted right-wing podcaster Benny Johnson on X.
“DECLAS IS COMING … ALL OF IT!!” blared another MAGA account — although that same account also claimed former Intelligence Department head Tulsi Gabbard was “going to go out in a blaze of glory in her final month,” leading to “MASS ARRESTS … ELECTIONS OVERTURNED” with similar enthusiasm.
“I am still trying to clean up the first word but I distinctly hear "where are they?” mulled another X commenter about the video.
Other, more critical accounts, however, took that moment to vent their beef with the Trump administration.
“Are YOU listening to We The People?” wailed one MAGA account that apparently was uhappy with the president.
“Are you listening?” also demanded X critic Matthew Lauseng, Who attached a graphic showing U.S. inflation to be hitting 3.8 percent in April above expectations.
“Now THAT’S what I call a distraction from the Epstein files,” posted another X heckler.
“This is honestly a f—— up psyop on the American public being committed by the office of the President,” complained another critic. “It is certainly causing mental health issues amongst citizens all for clicks and to be trending. Wake up! They are playing us all!”
Critics are already hounding Trump’s unpopular war in Iran as another, much more massive distraction from the Epstein files with some critics calling the entire war “Operation Epstein Distraction.” Other comments like “GI Joke” appeared on X under the White House’s recent propaganda videos.
Not to be outdone, conspiracy theorist Alex Jones also has waded into a similar alien discussion earlier in May, claiming that President Donald Trump released some alien-related files as part of a “psyop to screw with people’s brains.”
"This is a larger psyop just to screw with everybody’s brains and further shake confidence in society," said Jones. "That is 100 percent what’s going on here. And they’re setting the precedent to do a false flag and say that it’s aliens. For years it’s been known as Bluebeam, meaning a fake alien invasion.”
