'You are being gaslighted’: Military vet issues urgent warning

Like you, I am still grieving Dolly Parton’s death, but am nevertheless coming in hot this morning, because apparently too many on the Left side of the political spectrum still refuse to, and our useless mainstream media has proven yet again it is nothing but a reactionary body that lacks common sense and can’t smell big trouble, much less report it properly.

On Monday, our Radical Right Supreme Court — by far the most dangerous court in American history — moved this country one step closer to a corrupt monarchy when they refused to slap down their mad king’s anti-American bid to incinerate mail-in voting in this country.

Only a week earlier, our U.S. Postal Service under Donald Trump’s crooked orders laid out how it would aid his devilish plan to all but end our democracy for good.

It turns out the worst part of Monday was the reaction to this outlandish act of treason and underhandedness I was seeing by too many on the Left and in that media — I mean if there was any reaction at all.

Immediately, tone-deaf, idiotic advice started flowing from far too many of these so-called "legal experts" who are now clogging our clear air and imploring us not to overreact to the Supreme Court's grotesque move.

“Nothing is final here! The states will have the last word on this! It’s unclear whether this can even be implemented in time! No reason to overreact!”

Which is all absolutely INSANE ...

Trump is attempting to take another life right out in the open, and we have to stand by to see if his court allows him to complete the cold-blooded killing.

Listen to me: We are hanging by a thread in America, and it is impossible to overreact to that kind of danger.

This is an emergency.

Who in the hell can possibly still think John Roberts’ lawless court is acting in the best interests of all of us, instead of just the ultra-wealthy who so clearly own them?

Is there really anybody on the Left who believes this?

What part of the chilling truth that the November elections are our last best chance to save ourselves that people are still not getting?

The President of the United States is doing everything in his enormous powers to attack those elections, so that he can enjoy unfettered rule.

The Supreme Court could have just slapped him back Monday, or at least ignored him, but they didn’t, did they?

Bare minimum, they have given a lot of people a lot of angst, and heaped a helluva lot more on their plate than they can possibly digest. This fascist blast is coming at us as if out of a fire hose. And it is only the beginning.

The only way Republicans win these elections is to attack the vote, not honor it.

Golly, you’d think that would be the biggest story in history, wouldn’t you? You’d think it would be getting 24/7 coverage.

Instead, it gets a casual mention every now and then, and then we roll right into the next thing. Meantime, you have people on the Left, who want to make a name for themselves by telling us to chill.

Want to bet that many of these people are the very same ones who told us Merrick Garland had a plan to deal with Trump after his January 6, 2021, attack? Remember how they told us that Garland was some three-dimensional legal grandmaster chess player who was going to checkmate Trump forever?

Yeah, how did that work out?

While people like me were screaming bloody murder at his grotesque inaction, this dangerous moron managed to put America in check, crowned Trump, and now apparently is in some witness protection program never to be heard from again.

Man, I have had enough of all these “legal experts.” Frankly, I have had enough of this notion that America is a place of law and order when the crooks are running everything. The most dishonest person in our country — a convicted felon — is literally and figuratively destroying our White House, and he’s got an endless supply of lawyers, including OUR Supreme Court, backing him up.

Meantime, we learned over the weekend that the Democratic Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries secretly met with Jared Kushner in that White House to discuss God knows what, and we aren’t supposed to overreact to that, either.

Nothing to see here.

Really?

OK … If Jeffries sitting down with a slimy, two-bit thug who has pocketed hundreds of millions thanks to his proximity to his dead-inside father-in-law is so damn normal then why weren’t we alerted to all this normalcy in advance? Why didn't Jeffries let his constituents know that he was taking a meeting with the reprehensible Prince Kushner who slithers around with inhumane fellow princes who take bone saws to American journalists?

We know the answer to that. He shouldn’t have been within three states of the repulsive Kushner. He knows it, too, which is why he tried to keep it a secret.

When he was found out, Jeffries was finally forced to address this Monday, and took to social media saying Kushner reached out to him first, as if that even remotely matters.

The only answer Jeffries should have given Traitor Trump’s son-in-law to a proposed meeting was this: SHOVE IT, SONNY.

The so-called leadership of the Democratic Party are not fighters, and by words and action still look very much like appeasers, stunningly out of touch with their voters.

Then there’s the war on Canada …

I really can’t take any more of this, and you shouldn’t have to either, my friends.

Things really are this bad, and it would be about time that everybody accepted at least this much.`

We are in a Cold War right now, which is heating up by the minute. The Republicans have drawn a battle line with our elections, telling us they will do everything they can to beat them to death with their bare hands, and then refuse to honor them if and when they don’t get the bloody results they want.

They have done this once already. They were ready to hang their own vice president, and burn our Capitol to the ground, for God’s sake. Want to bet that didn’t come up in Jeffries’ meeting?

In fact, here’s an incomplete list of everything that Republicans are attacking in America right now in addition to our vote, while we are told not to overreact:

Our country
Our women
Our disabled
Our military
Our allies
Our animals
Our air
Our water
Our healthcare
Our vaccines
Our museums
Our books
Our schools
Our government
Our rule of law …

The only things this traitor and his subservient party haven’t attacked are violent dictators, and our high prices.

But let’s not overreact here … Hakeem Jeffries is taking meetings with Jared Kushner and talking-head lawyers are still betting on our Supreme Court to do the right thing.

So what can we do about all this?

Quit accepting this crap from anybody, and refuse to be gaslighted. If you aren’t furious and scared there’s something wrong with you. Bare minimum, you should be on the phone with your representatives like Jeffries and Senator Chuck Schumer regularly letting them know you are paying attention, and that appeasing a violent fascist and his inhumane party has to be a no-go in America.

That goes for Republican and Democratic reps.

Also, remember THIS: You are not alone.

There are millions and millions of people in every corner of our fractured, un-united states who are feeling the same fear and rage you are right now. They see what this orange sicko, and his repellent party and court are doing to us.

Hundreds and hundreds of thousands more are putting actions to words and knocking on doors, making phone calls, working in food pantries, volunteering at clinics, writing letters, protesting on street corners, and just plain giving it hell, marching to the cadence of their proud, but scared beating hearts.

They know how bad things are, and desperately need to have a sense that the people they elected to stand up for them know it, too.

Is even THAT too much to ask?
