Israeli law enforcement under fire for excessive use of force against mourners of executed Al Jareeza journalist

Israeli police officers are under fire for their aggressive use of force against mourners who attended the funeral services of Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh.
According to VICE News, the journalist was killed on Wednesday, May 11 while delivering a news report. At the time, she was reporting on Israeli raids taking place on the West Bank refugee camp located in Jenin.
The news outlet, Al Jareeza, along with three other journalists who witnessed the horrific execution, is placing blame on Israeli law enforcement. However, Israel has suggested "she was killed by stray fire from Palestinian fighters, but later said it was too early to tell how she died."
