Watch: Cops raid hospital room of stage 4 cancer patient who uses THC pills for pain
This happened in Missouri, the proud home of Anheuser-Busch, whose products never, ever cause any problems for anyone.
A patient with stage 4 pancreatic cancer broadcast a police search of his hospital room on Facebook Live after the cops had been tipped off to possible cannabis use on the premises. Apparently, someone had said they smelled marijuana coming from the room, though the patient insisted he takes THC only in capsule form.
This is particularly ironic considering Missouri voters have already approved a medical marijuana program. Unfortunately, patient applications for the program won’t be accepted until July. As the patient notes in the video, he needs the medicine now.
It’s way past time for the federal government to end its war on cannabis. Because this is just absurd.
