In Michigan, a back-to-school shopping frenzy ended with a gun, the Detroit Free Press reports.
Two pairs of women got into a heated argument over the last notebook in a Walmart in Novi, Michigan earlier this week. As cell phone video sent to a local news station reveals, one of the women pulled a gun on the others, startling customers and employees.
“One girl was going to buy a notebook, there was one left, some pushing resulted,” Novi Police Department Det. Scott Baetens told Detroit’s Fox2News. “They began to argue who was the rightful purchaser of that notebook.”
After pushing and hair-pulling ensued, one of the women, who has a concealed carry permit, pulled a gun on the women from the other pair.
As the video shows, chaos ensued. Novi police have not released the name of any of the women involved.
