Ignore the oil behind Borat

It is being widely reported that George Bush will host talks at the White House about Borat the Kazakh TV host, a creation of comedian Simon Baron Cohen, aka Ali G..

Kazakh leaders are outraged by Borat's antics in Baron Cohen's new movie. They have threatened to take legal action against the comedian.

However, as Steve Gilliard notes, this really isn't about Ali G.'s and Borat, it's about oil. Kazakhstan has a lot of it, maybe even more than Saudi Arabia.
