President Donald Trump peppered Truth Social with nearly 100 posts until well after 1 a.m. EST on Sunday night, raging about election conspiracies, Somali immigrants and making new threats against potential military targets.
Trump, who is the eldest president in U.S. history at nearly 80 years old, posted 89 times between 12:45 a.m. and 1:40 a.m. He shared posts from foreign influencers promoting America First.
He also shared an extensive post on X from an account known as Tosca Austen which alleged that Minnesota is building an "enclave" of Somali immigrants.
The Daily Beast characterized Austen's account as writing a "fanfic-style post [that] claims Minnesota state Rep. Jason Lewis was already 'blowing the whistle on massive Somali daycare fraud' a decade ago, but that 'neither side' took him seriously."
“Democrats had a dream, and it was grinding away: Build an enclave in Minnesota, and they will come,” the post said, claiming the left allegedly lured Somalis to the state with pledges for jobs and aid in exchange for their votes.
Other claims from Trump include that President Barack Obama was never really the president of the U.S. and that votes for him were switched to Biden in the 2020 election. He then went off on a tangent about the fact that the U.S. "needs" to invade Greenland and take it over for U.S. national security.
