'Really?' Pelosi and Schumer don’t think Americans will re-elect 'child' Trump

Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer interviewed with CNN over dinner this week and discussed their thoughts about another Joe Biden presidential candidacy and Donald ’s third run, HuffPost reports.
Journalist Jamie Gangel asked both Pelosi and Schumer about their support of Biden if he does decide to run. “I think President Biden has done an excellent job as president of the United States, I hope that he does seek reelection. He’s been a great president,” said Pelosi.
“If he runs, I’m going to support him all the way,” Schumer agreed.

When Gangel teased the idea of Trump, who notoriously nicknamed the pair as ‘Chuck and Nancy,' running again and possibly winning, Pelosi bluntly stated, “I don’t think that we should talk about him while we’re eating.” She continued, “Really? Another Trump presidency?”
Schumer chimed in as well. “I don’t think it will happen. The American people have gotten wise, too.” The Senate majority leader also spoke to Pelosi’s ability to deal with Trump while he was in office.
“I tell people Nancy instinctively knew how to handle Trump, because for her first, you know, 35, 40 years of life, she raised five children, and she knew how to deal with children," he said. "And that’s what helped her deal with Trump, because he ultimately was a child,”
Gangel reminded Pelosi, “you’ve called Donald Trump insane.” Standing firm on her word, the Speaker of the House responded, “I think there’s a need for intervention there. By his family or somebody, you know?”
