President Donald Trump now appears to have even lost the confidence of one of the most Trump-friendly networks in the United States.

After news broke that Trump was accepting a jet from the Qatari royal family valued at approximately $400 million, a panel on far-right network Newsmax was in universal disagreement with the president's position. Newsmax contributor Batya Ungar-Sargon started off her comments by saying: "I really don't like this, it makes me really uncomfortable."

"This is not a gift. This is Qatar, a state sponsor of terror, has Hamas in the palm of its hand, giving a bribe," Ungar-Sargon said. "I don't think President Trump would capitulate to anything they asked him to, but that doesn't mean that it's not below the appearance of a conflict of interest."

Ungar-Sargon also acknowledged that Qatar helped engineer the release of Israeli hostage Edan Alexander earlier this week (and credited Trump freeing Alexander from Hamas captivity), and lamented that Qatar is "suddenly a major player in terms of controlling the scene."

"I hate that Hamas is celebrating," she continued. "They see this as their first agreement with the United States, and it just turns my stomach, you guys."

Newsmax host concurred with Ungar-Sargon, saying "I'm with you on this."

Other Republican voices have also chimed in against the jet. On Monday, Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va) said the administration should closely examine the "constitutionality" of the gift and check the jet closely for "bugs."
