Angry 'MAGA diehards' slam 'politically dumb' Joe Rogan after RFK Jr. endorsement

After dropping out of the 2024 Democratic presidential primary in October 2023, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stayed in the race but opted to run as an independent. And he continues to attract his share of so-called "double-haters" — that is, voters who are refusing to support either Democratic nominee Kamala Harris or Republican Donald Trump.
On Thursday, August 8, comedian/podcast host Joe Rogan voiced his support for RFK Jr. And according to the Daily Beast's Josephine Walker, MAGA Republicans are furious with him for it.
On his podcast, "The Joe Rogan Experience," Rogan told listeners, "He's the only one that makes sense to me... They gaslight you, they manipulate you, they promote narratives — and the only one who is not doing that is Robert F. Kennedy Jr."

Walker notes that Trump supporters have been quick to attack Rogan.
"MAGA diehards turned on the popular podcaster, with many calling him 'politically dumb,'" Walker observes.
"Joe Rogan will go down as a guy who had a real opportunity to make a meaningful impact and squandered it. Sad," X user @_johnnymaga tweeted.
Popular MAGA influencer Catturd also didn't hold back in attacking Rogan, writing that while he's "never been a Joe Rogan fan" and can’t stand him," the "absolutely politically dumb" comedian and podcaster is "great at figuring things out 2 years after we do."

"So did it surprise me when he endorsed idiot RFK jr today? LOL! No," he tweeted. "We are talking about the same f—ing idiot who endorsed Bernie Sanders right?"
"He’s the podcast Equivalent of a dumb blonde joke," he added.
Rogan told his listeners that while he doesn't want to Harris to win, he thinks she could prevail in November.
"I'm not saying it because I want her to," Rogan argued. "I'm just being honest. I could see her winning."
