Mark Cuban unleashes on far-right activist James O’Keefe in profanity-laced tirade

Conservative provocateur James O'Keefe recently attempted to ambush billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban while he was at the gym in an apparent 'gotcha' attempt, but it didn't work out as planned.
O'Keefe — who founded the far-right media outlet Project Veritas and is known for doctoring video and audio to suit GOP-aligned causes — had a run-in with Cuban as part of his ongoing efforts to discredit both vaccines and DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) initiatives. Cuban posted the highlights to his X (formerly Twitter) account, including a part of the conversation where he repeatedly insulted O'Keefe to his face with profanity.
"So @JamesOKeefeIII decided to ambush me during the water break of my workout class," Cuban tweeted. "I wanted to give the highlights as I enjoyed the conversation. First the part I enjoyed the most I asked him if he was recording this. (Of course he was). He wouldn’t answer. He kept mumbling s---. So I looked him in the eyes and called him a Motherf-----g P---y."

"I asked again. I think the 2nd time I may not have MF’d him," he continued. "The next 2 or 3 times I asked, as we were walking, and he deflected , I definitely called him a motherf-----g p---y."
In a subsequent tweet, Cuban elaborated that O'Keefe asked him specifically about Cuban's previous assertion that he was a "liar" regarding a video in which O'Keefe confronted a Pfizer official. While speaking about the Pfizer confrontation to an audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), O'Keefe said that the video proved Pfizer "mutated" the Covid-19 virus. Cuban asserted to O'Keefe that there was never any mutation.
O'Keefe also apparently asked Cuban why he blocked Chinese student Wei Wu, who launched an online trolling campaign to have Cuban add her to the Dallas Mavericks roster and make her the first official female player in the NBA in the name of DEI. Cuban added that he at first just muted Wei, but then became annoyed at Wei's followers brigading the replies of his tweets, ultimately leading him to block her.
"I told him only a motherf-----g moron thinks DEI is about quotas," Cuban added. "[I]t was the middle of an hour leg day, I was going to MF everything lol."
