Fox News primetime host Jesse Watters recently suggested Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) and other members of Congress were engaging in insider trading, which prompted Crenshaw to post a vicious tirade against Watters to his Instagram Story.

Mediaite reported Wednesday that following Watters' segment — in which he said Crenshaw and other members of Congress "crushed the market" in 2023 — Crenshaw unloaded on the Fox host and aired some of the more sordid details of Watters' personal life.

"Hey you f---ing hack, if you're going to accuse me of corruption then at least get your facts straight and man up and come accuse me to my face," wrote Crenshaw, a former Navy SEAL who lost his eye in combat. "You're a f---ing clown, desperate for clickbait."

"I'm sitting here trying to feed my 3 month old and this dirt bag millionaire at Fox is accusing me of being a criminal, with zero evidence," he continued. "Stop letting wealthy elitists like Jessye[sic] Watters claim to be 'fighting for you.' They live in Manhattan and can't stand normal people in red states. They think you're stupid and feed you bulls--- to rile you up."

In Watters' segment, he didn't name Crenshaw, but listed his name among other high-ranking members of Congress like former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California), Rep. Mark Green (R-Tennessee), Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Connecticut) and Dan Goldman (D-New York). A bar graph Watters showed suggested Crenshaw's stock portfolio outperformed the S&P 500 by more than 38% last year. Crenshaw didn't dispute the chart itself, but emphasized he only has $10,000 invested in stocks and hasn't made any trades in more than a year.

"Losers like Watters grew up with a silver spoon. His family is made up of well-connected journalists and politicians. And for some reason, people are fooled into believing he's some genuine blue-collar conservative," Crenshaw wrote. "Yeah, he's such a 'conservative' he cheated on his wife and left her with twins while he went off with another Fox producer."

"And let's be honest, Jesse Watters seems like the type of dude who pees sitting down," Crenshaw added, with a shrug emoji.

Crenshaw posted a final Story to his Instagram following his attack on Watters, pointing out that Fox News abruptly cancelled a segment where he was scheduled to appear.

"Guess I hurt their feelings by calling out their bulls---," Crenshaw wrote. "Oh well."
