Attorney Alina Habba, who has represented Donald Trump in different cases, has been dealing with a lawsuit from Alice Bianco — a former server at Trump's golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

Bianco accused Trump of sexual harassment and alleged that Habba made her sign an illegal nondisclosure agreement.

But the case, according to NOTUS reporter Jose Pagliery, has been settled.

Pagliery reports, "Habba and Bianco attended mediation and later agreed to settle the matter out of court, Bianco and Smith told NOTUS, calling the deal a complete victory."

Bianco told NOTUS, "I feel very proud. I’m very grateful to have my life back. This was a three-year-long fight that caused many sleepless nights. I pray that she gets what she deserves."

Pagliery, describing the case's background, notes, "In the summer of 2021, Bianco was a 21-year-old server at Bedminster, which doubles as Trump's summertime home in New Jersey. That's when, according to her lawsuit, she says she got tired of facing a barrage of sexual harassment from her boss, who oversaw the restaurant staff."

According to Bianco, Habba approached her around that time and befriended her. She allegedly pressured Bianco into accepting a "paltry sum" of $15,000 if she agreed to not bring any further legal action against Trump (who Bianco did not directly accuse of any sexual misconduct.)

Part of Habba's pressure campaign allegedly involved her sending Bianco a negative article about the attorney she hired, telling her to "be careful" and reminding her that she could fire her attorney at any time. Eventually, Bianco fired her lawyer, leaving her without any legal representation in the matter. Habba then reportedly pushed her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

In a 2023 statement, a different attorney representing Bianco accused Habba of unethical behavior that compromises her law license.

"Alina Habba used the unethical silencing of my client, Ali Bianco, as a way to propel herself into Trump’s inner circle," Nancy Erika Smith, who is currently representing Bianco, said in a public statement. "Her behavior was predatory. Pretending to be 'neutral' when acting on behalf of one party is clearly unethical."
