Republican United States Senate nominee Herschel Walker of Georgia went on a rant at a campaign stop on Thursday afternoon.

First, Walker metaphorically accused incumbent Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock of being President Joe Biden's puppet.

"Don’t let him ride your bike no more, senator. Get that saddle off your bike and straighten your bike up. You lettin' that president ride your bike, you doing everything they tell you to do," Walker said.

Walker, whose campaign is backed by right-wing opponents of reproductive rights – in spite of his history of paying for abortions as well as domestic violence – declared, "Hey, let me tell you, I don't dance and sing for nobody. I never have. I'm from Wrightsville, Georgia."

Walker then suggested that God anointed him. Warnock, meanwhile, is a reverend at Atlanta's Ebenezer Baptist Church, where Doctor Martin Luther King Junior preached his gospel of equality and tolerance.

"The Lord has washed me in the blood of Jesus," Walker proclaimed. "So right now, I know I represent Georgia. And when I come out, I'm ready to represent Georgia today."
