Watch: Alex Jones declares independence from aliens

Infowars host, notorious right-wing provocateur, and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has issued a proclamation urging Americans – or whoever is as concerned as he is – to join him in rejecting the tyrannical kakistocracy of humanity's sinister extraterrestrial overlords.
“I declare this July 4th, 2022 to be a Declaration of Independence against the alien force on this planet today waging war against humans and our biology and our very future that is attempting to exterminate the majority of us and force the minority that's left to merge with AI computers and become cyborg slaves of Satan," Jones said on his show.

This was not the first time that Jones has warned the public about the opaque operations that are supposedly undertaken within the federal government's purported evil netherworld.
In 2017, Media Matters for America uncovered a clip of Jones giving a nod to an allegation that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration was spearheading a kidnapping ring to deport young Earthlings to Mars to work as forced laborers.
He based this on the occasional failures of exploratory scientific equipment and claimed that he had primary source asseverations by NASA personnel.
Ex-Central Intelligence Agency officer and fellow conspiracy theorist Robert David Steele expressed to Jones that "this may strike your listeners as way out but we actually believe that there is a colony on Mars that is populated by children who were kidnapped and sent into space on a 20-year ride. So that once they get to Mars they have no alternative but to be slaves on the Mars colony."
Jones gobbled up the bait.
"Look, I know that 90 percent of the NASA missions are secret and I’ve been told by high-level NASA engineers that you have no idea, there is so much stuff going on. But then it goes off into all that, that’s the kind of thing media jumps on. But I know this: we see a bunch of mechanical wreckage on Mars and people say, 'oh look, it looks like mechanics.' They go, 'oh, you’re a conspiracy theorist.' Clearly, they don’t want us looking into what is happening. Every time probes go over they turn them off," he said. "I don’t know about Mars bases, but I know they’ve created massive, thousands of different types of chimeras that are alien lifeforms on this Earth now."

Meanwhile, Jones is exorcising an array of legal demons back on Terra Firma. He was ordered to pay millions of dollars in civil defamation penalties to the families of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, Connecticut after he repeatedly called the massacre a hoax.
Jones was banned from Apple, Twitter, and Facebook in 2018 for promoting hate speech. He would later latch onto former President Donald Trump's Big Lie that the 2020 election was stolen. Jones fired up Trump's angry mob on January 6th, 2021, ahead of their violent insurrection at the United States Capitol.
In January, Jones testified before the House Select Committee investigating the attack.
