Oregon man known for anti-Biden insult pushes debunked election lie: 'The election was 100% stolen'

During a Christmas Eve Day 2021 broadcast featuring President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden, Oregon resident Jared Schmeck called in and told the president, “Let’s go, Brandon” — a popular anti-Biden insult on the far right. Schmeck wasn’t the least bit apologetic about his stunt during a December 27 appearance on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast, promoting the false, totally debunked claim that the 2020 election was stolen from former President Donald Trump.

In MAGA World, “Let’s go, Brandon” is code for “Fuck Joe Biden.” The president, in response to Schmeck’s insult, told him, “Let’s go Brandon. I agree” — which appeared to be Biden’s humorous way of letting him know that he had much bigger concerns than a childish troll caller.
Schmeck, during his “War Room” appearance three days later, told former White House Chief Strategist Bannon, “Let's go, Brandon, and I've said it in other articles: I am a Christian man. For me, it's God first and foremost. I don't follow any one man blindly."

Wearing a red MAGA hat, Schmeck disagreed with reports saying that he isn’t a Trump supporter.
“That's absolutely false,” Schmeck told Bannon. "Donald Trump is my president, and he should still be president right now. The election was 100% stolen. So, I just want to make that clear.”
Schmeck continued, “‘Let’s go, Brandon’ is more than just ‘f*** Joe Biden.’ ‘Let’s go, Brandon’ encompasses the entirety of our frustration with Joe Biden, the administration, the leftist mob, the cancel culture, the mainstream media. They’re the ones who made this a thing.”
