Univision anchor Jorge Ramos was on The O'Reilly Factor last night to defend himself from the absurd accusations that his tough questioning of Donald Trump last week was out of line. Bill O'Reilly, in usual form, hardly let him get a word in edgewise - bringing up Fox's News' favorite non sequitur murder, Kate Steinle, and going on about building a multi-billion dollar wall along the Mexico border.
"In Israel they put up a wall to separate themselves from terrorists (sic)". O'Reilly said. "It worked".
O'Reilly proceeded to demagogue Steinle and bully Ramos into supporting something called "Kate's Law" -- which is designed to punish undocumented felons. Or something, it's not really clear how it would work.
"How can you possibly cover illegal immigration fairly when you're an activist", O'Reilly indignantly asked without any sense of irony. "You're a proponent of amnesty!"
"Mr. O'Reilly", Ramos shot back. "I don't think you're the right person to lecture me on advocacy".
