'Losers': Vivek Ramaswamy uses debate stage to call for RNC chair’s resignation

Minutes into the third GOP debate in Miami, Florida Wednesday night, biotech entrepreneur and 2024 candidate Vivek Ramaswamy slammed Republican National Committee (RNC) Chair Ronna McDaniel for the party's failure to succeed in Tuesday's elections.
Asked why he should be the GOP nominee over ex-President Donald Trump, Politico reports Ramaswamy replied, "I am upset about what happened last night. We’ve become a party of losers. Ronna, if you want to come on stage tonight, you want to look the GOP voters in the eye and tell them you’ll resign, I'll turn over and yield my time to you."
POLL: Should Trump be allowed to hold office again?
The news outlet notes ABC News White House Correspondent MaryAlice Parks reported that the GOP hopeful "promised earlier in the night that he would 'be unhinged,' at the debate.
USA Today reports, Ramaswamy also used that time to claim that the 2020 presidential election was rigged by the media hosting the debate, taking aim at NBC's Hugh Hewitt, Kristin Welker, and Lester Holt.
According to the newspaper, "The election was not rigged by the media or any other group – and the sheer number of protective measures in place makes the idea of rigging an election impossible. Votes in each state are counted and recounted by an array of staffers and volunteers to ensure the votes counted match the votes cast and that tallies are tabulated correctly. A mountain of evidence – including lawsuits, recounts, forensic audits and even partisan reviews – affirmed the results of the 2020 election."
