'He’s still talking!' Greg Gutfield mocks Trump after Fox News hosts abruptly cut him off

On the final night of the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump responded to Vice President Kamala Harris' acceptance speech with angry posts on his Truth Social outlet. Trump also called into Fox News that night — and ranted before being abruptly cut off by hosts Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum.
Trump, during the call, blamed Democrats for an "invasion" at not only the U.S./Mexico border, but also, the U.S./Canada border. And he argued that presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has been running as an independent, "was treated very unfairly by the Democrats."
Trump added, "He would have beaten Joe Biden. I have no doubt about it. And they made it absolutely impossible for him."

Baier and MacCallum, who were covering the 2024 DNC, politely signaled that they needed to end their conversation with Trump when they gave him a "thank you" and Baier told the former president, "We appreciate that live feedback."
Then, Fox News cut to Greg Gutfield's show, and Gutfield acknowledged the call's abrupt end when he said, "That wasn't my fault, Donald Trump!"
Gutfield jokingly added, "He's still talking, by the way."
After the Fox News conversation, Trump called into their far-right competitor Newsmax.
