The monolithic world of MAGA is cracking, according to some of its most devoted members. Lev Parnas, a conservative political operative who was found guilty in U.S. Federal Court on six counts related to illegal donations to the 2020 campaign of Donald Trump, says Trump's base are beginning to catch on to his character.
Parnas razed President Donald Trump on his podcast ‘Lev Remembers’ for fleeing the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. He said Trump’s people promised to release files pertaining to the notorious sex trafficker, and the president is building his own destruction by delaying or refusing to release them.
“… [I]t's going to get interesting right now with some of the stuff that's going to start leaking because, folks, we know there are files,” Parnas said. “Whatever systematic name you want to call it, a list, a box of files, documents. Yeah, whatever you want to call it, it's all technical. But there is, you know, there's a person sitting in prison, a person that was indicted, that was supposed to go to prison, that killed himself. And don't forget the other thing: He was indicted and arrested by Bill Barr. All right? Don't forget, so this wasn’t the Democrats, you know? So, a lot of the Republicans are going crazy.”

Wajahat Ali, host of ‘The Left Hook,’ joined Parnas as a guest and slammed Trump for resorting to “old tropes” like Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Obama, Clinton, in his attempt to distract from the scandal.
“The more and more he tries to hide it, the more and more it comes out,” said Ali. “ … It's all about distraction and no distraction has worked. You know, trying to threaten Rosie O'Donnell, stripping her of citizenship. That was last weekend. Didn't work. Now giving that one-day sentence, so shameful, to the killers of Breonna Taylor? That's not working. Okay, how else can I distract? A trade war. Okay, that didn't work, right?”
Parnas said Trump was desperate to hide from the issue because he was confident Trump was implicated by the information in the files.
“This is a guy who said he walked in while these young girls, barely of age—18, 19-year-olds— were changing naked. And he said ‘I would watch them come in.’ And, you know, this is predatory action. … He is a convicted sexual predator. So, I mean, … you know—we know — he's in the Epstein files. We know he's there. We don't know to what degree. … There might not be a smoking gun with a video of Donald Trump with an underage girl. But there might be enough circumstantial evidence to show — from what we already know and from what we’ll see — that this guy is definitely the pervert we thought he was.”

And MAGA appears to be suspecting this, too, said Ali, and pointed out the severity of the emerging rift using Neo-Nazi Nick Fuentes’ recent rant as an example.
“The Nazi that Donald Trump voluntarily dined with, to this day — has never ever made excuses or apologized for dining with a Nazi. … because internally MAGA realized that a part of the MAGA base are fans with Nick Fuentes. So, Nick Fuentes … went on a friggin' profanity-laced rant. And I'm so upset, Lev, that Donald Trump has me agreeing with a Nazi. You know, I'm like, I'm so p————— off. I can't believe this Nazi is right.”
“He flamed Donald Trump,” Ali continued. “… [H]e said, ‘you're calling us weaklings, but we had your back. You think we're fools. We're not fools. You have to release the files.’ … So, you're seeing major fissures, Lev.”
