'Easier to defeat than Biden': Trump agrees to debating Harris
Donald Trump told reporters during a Tuesday conference call that he plans to debate Vice President Kamala Harris, Politico reports.
“I think if you’re the Democrat nominee or the Republican nominee, you really have an obligation to debate,” the MAGA hopeful said on the call.
Although the former president only committed to debating Joe Biden twice before the president dropped his reelection bid Sunday, according to Politico, Trump told reporters he "would be willing to do more than one debate actually.

The Hill reports, "Trump added that he had not 'agreed to anything' as far as a debate with" the vice president.
"I agreed to a debate with Joe Biden. But I want to debate her," the ex-president emphasized. "They have the same policies. I think debating is important for a presidential race."
Per Politico, the next debate is scheduled for September 10, and expected "to be hosted by ABC News," but the MAGA leader is pushing for Fox News to host instead.
