Texas Republican: 'Non-veteran Tuberville' is 'personally attacking service members'

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Alabama) continues to hold up more than 300 military promotions because of the Biden Administration's policy on abortion access for women serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. Democrats, have been vehemently critical of Tuberville, including President Joe Biden. And some have argued that he is endangering the United States' national security in order to pander to the Religious Right.
But not all of the criticism is coming from Democrats. Conservative Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas), a former U.S. Navy Seal who lost an eye in combat, isn't happy with him either.
Politico reporters Burgess Everett and Sarah Ferris, in an article published on September 15, report that Crenshaw, sent a text message to colleagues and said he was "at a point where I'm going to tear apart (if asked) coach/Senator/non-veteran Tuberville for personally attacking service members who have spent almost 30 years serving our country."
POLL: Should Trump be allowed to hold office again?
Crenshaw, according to Everett and Ferris, also texted, "I don't know what outcome he expected, but I'm hearing more and more that his actions are having worsening consequences."
