Conservative firebrand Ann Coulter on Monday shared her opinion on what Donald Trump “needs to do” to help conservatives “take America back”: “Die.”
The right-wing commentator and In Trump We Trust: E Pluribus Awesome! author, who endorsed the former president in 2016, gave her assessment on X in response to a tweet that pointed out she’s “been right about Trump in the past.”
“I'd love to hear what [Trump] needs to do, in her opinion to help us take America back,” X user @WeStand4USA posted under a tweet to a poll showing Trump "losing big to Biden" in 2024.
“Maybe he could die?” Coulter suggested.

As the Daily Beast notes, Coulter underwent a public about-face after the 2016 election, since calling herself “a very stupid girl” for supporting "gigantic baby" Trump.
But despite stunning critics last year when she declared opposition to the pro-life movement, Coulter’s criticisms of the former president hardly point to her budding future as a champion for liberal causes.
“Trump won’t close the border,” Coulter wrote Saturday on X. “He’ll push for amnesty, allow anchor babies and sanctuary cities to continue, ban bump stocks, propose taking guns away without due process and hire half of Goldman [Sachs].”
“The presidential election is worthless,” she added. “Concentrate on the House [and] Senate.”
