'Compare us to Hitler': Rep. Greene directs profanity at UK leader in response to Ukraine aid question

US Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has not been known did not mince words when it comes to her position on whether or not the United States should aid Ukraine in its ongoing war against Russia.
During an April 2023 60 minutes interview, the GOP leader made clear that "she opposes the U.S. providing financial aid and weapons for Ukraine," saying, "Ukraine is not the 51st state of the United States."
A Sky News reporter spoke with Greene outside of her Capitol Hill office Thursday, asking, "UK Foreign Secretary and former Prime Minister "David Cameron said you should vote for funding for Ukraine. What do you say to that?"

The MAGA congresswoman replied, "I think he tried to compare us to Hitler, also. And if that's the kind of language he wants to use, I really have nothing to say to him.
The reporter said, "He likened you to an appeaser to Hitler, in not voting through funding for Ukraine. Are you an appeaser for Putin?
Greene replied, "I think that, um, I really don't care what David Cameron has to say. I think that's rude name calling. And I don't appreciate that type of language. And David Cameron needs to worry about his own country. And frankly, he can kiss my a**."
According to the Guardian, the UK leader "has urged US lawmakers to pass a bill including support for Ukraine and warned them not to show 'the weakness displayed against Hitler.'"

The report notes that Cameron said, "Right now in Congress, the American support for Ukraine is being debated, and I urge those congressmen and women to pass that bill to provide that money, to provide those weapons to Ukraine. They are fighting off illegal Putin aggression and they need our support. We should be standing up for freedom, standing up for the right of this country to defend itself and making sure that Putin doesn’t win."
He added, "I hope that will happen. But be in no doubt, we’re going to back Ukraine for as long as it takes."
