Omarosa: There Are Tapes Proving Trump Uses The N-Word

Trump's former reality show star and White House official claims there is a record of Trump's casual racism.

Omarosa Manigault Newman is making an explosive claim in her upcoming tell-all memoir, Unhinged.

According to The Guardian, which obtained an advance copy of the book, Manigault Newman — a former star on Trump's "The Apprentice" reality show who also served as Director of Communications for the White House Office of Public Liaison and was one of the most prominent women of color in the Trump administration before her departure in January — alleges that Trump casually used the N-word during the making of his television shows, and that the incidents have been captured on tape.

While she did not claim to have personally witnessed the incidents, she cites three unnamed sources for both claims.

Manigault Newman also alleges she personally witnessed Trump using a racial slur against the husband of counselor to the president Kellyanne Conway, who is half Filipino, calling him a "F**king FLIP!"

Trump has a long track record of racism controversies, from Justice Department lawsuits in the 1970s alleging he and his father denied rentals to black applicants, to taking out newspaper ads fanning the flames against the Central Park Five, to spreading conspiracy theories about President Obama's birthplace.

Nor is Manigault Newman's claim entirely novel. Actor Tom Arnold also alleged in 2016 that he heard Trump saying "every racist thing ever," and had outtakes proving it, although a confidentiality clause in his contract barred him from making these outtakes public.
