'My Red Button is bigger': Trump praises Kim Jong Un in cryptic threat toward Ron DeSantis
Former President Donald Trump posted a cryptic threat toward Florida Governor Ron DeSantis — whom he misnamed — on his Truth Social app shortly after DeSantis formally declared his candidacy for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination on Wednesday evening.
Trump wrote at 6:54 p.m.:
'Rob,' My Red Button is bigger, better, stronger, and is working (TRUTH!), yours does not! (per my conversation with Kim Jung Un, of North Korea, soon to become my friend!).
Confusion and mockery thusly abounded.

"The Adderall is kicking in," quipped ex-prosecutor Ron Filipkowski, who added that, "I think what he's saying is that Kim has some dirt on Desantis that he bragged to Trump about and now Trump is going to call him and get it. That's the best I can do."
Trump was impeached in 2019 for attempting to extort Ukraine for dirt on then-Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
