Mary Trump, niece of former President Donald Trump, can see right through her uncle's regarding his recent indictment, Mediaite reports.

The former president was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury earlier this week for distributing thousands of dollars in hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels.

According to Mashable, one day prior to his indictment, Trump confidently wrote on Truth Social, "THE EVIDENCE IS SO OVERWHELMING IN MY FAVOR, & SO RIDICULOUSLY BAD FOR THE HIGHLY PARTISAN & HATEFUL DISTRICT ATTORNEY, THAT THE GRAND JURY IS SAYING, HOLD ON, WE ARE NOT A RUBBER STAMP, WHICH MOST GRAND JURIES ARE BRANDED AS BEING, WE ARE NOT GOING TO VOTE AGAINST A PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE OR AGAINST LARGE NUMBERS OF LEGAL SCHOLARS ALL SAYING THERE IS NO CASE HERE. DROP THIS SICK WITCH HUNT, NOW!"

Immediately following the grand jury's decision, the 2024 hopeful said on the same platform, "This is Political Persecution and Election Interference at the highest level in history."

Trump's niece is sure her uncle is fearful of what's to come.

SiriusXM host Dean Obeidallah asked Mary Trump, "Any sense like, how is he reacting to this? Is is it just is it the defiance thing we're seeing on truth social media platform or, you know, there’s more of a sense of dread and fear that he’s going to face numerous criminal charges now?"

She replied, "Yeah, the defiance is is just a way to deflect from what he's really feeling, which is terror. And just to remind people, you know, I, I haven't spent any kind of time with Donald in like 20 years. I saw him briefly at Ivanka's wedding a long time ago. I saw him briefly at the White House in 2017."

She continued, "He's terrified! Think about it, Dean. How how can you possibly process the fact that for the first time in his 76 years, he's being held accountable for something when for almost that entire 76 years, he’s done nothing but get away with everything and not only suffer no consequences, but be elevated."
