Fox News television host and political commentator Greg Gutfeld is content to falsely characterize Maryland father Kilmar Abrego Garcia as undocumented, reports Rolling Stone writer Nikki McCann Ramirez.
Greg Gutfeld, who just recently announced a “game show” to quiz contestants on “real versus fake headlines” is not clear on the realness of Garcia’s status as a legal U.S. resident, but McCann reports Gutfeld is fine with this.
“At worst a guy gets sent to a country he doesn't want to go to — you know what? I can live with that,” Gutfeld said on Fox News show “The Five.”

“To a prison camp?” demanded fellow panelist Democratic Party political strategist Jessica Tarlov.
“I refuse to care about one person who's an illegal alien,” Gutfeld said, and added that he doesn’t have the “mental shelf space” to consider the problem of arresting a legal U.S. resident with protected status and transferring him to an El Salvador prison known for human rights abuses.
Gutfeld called the truth of Garcia’s position as a sheet metal worker and father of three with no criminal record in either the U.S. or abroad a “manufactured narrative.”
Comments raged beneath McCann’s post, with former Media Matter for America researcher Brendan Karet mocking Gutfeld's height with an additional dig at Fox News founder Rupert Murdoch. Gizmodo tech reporter Matt Novak posted: “Evil s--- beamed out 24/7.”
