'Human scum!' George Santos blows up at Jewish Israel protester in f-bomb laden rant

Rep. George Santos (R-NY) had a public, profanity-laden meltdown after getting into an argument on Capitol Hill with Shabd Singh — a Jewish-American man who, according to Salon, engaged him about Israeli politics and was critical of some of the actions taken by the current Israeli administration.

The end of the interaction, during which Santos took umbrage about being approached while he had a child in his arms and called Singh "human scum," was captured on film by Fox News congressional correspondent Aishah Hasnie. According to The Independent's Eric Michael Garcia, who witnessed the scene, Singh "kept a pretty even tone" throughout the interaction and Santos "chose" to scream and shout in order to try to get attention.

"The next time he tries to accost me with a child in my hand, I want him out of here!" Santos bellowed to reporters. "He's an animal. I am holding a child. He is a f--king terrorist sympathizer! ... he has no place in this building. What is happening in Israel is abhorrent!"

"What is happening to the people of Israel should not be defended!" he continued shouting. "Nobody defending Hamas has any business in this building whether you're elected, whether you're a civilian! It is a disgrace that we allow people to parade that kind of thought in here."

Hamas militants launched an attack last weekend, killing hundreds of Israeli civilians and engaging in a wave of rape and butchery, which has prompted the IDF to plan a full-scale assault on the northern part of Gaza, potentially displacing over 1 million people.

Santos, who is currently under multiple federal indictments for various financial fraud schemes, has been exposed as having faked most of his life story on the campaign trail, including, ironically, a claim that he has Jewish heritage.
