Fox News will be 'more reliable' than Elon Musk’s X 'if Trump starts losing': legal expert

Billionaire and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has not been shy about voicing his support for Donald Trump.
On Election Day eve, according to The New York Times, the social media platform "X" owner "encouraged Americans to 'vote for an exciting future' with Mr. Trump, and he reposted messages from campaign surrogates including Donald Trump Jr. Mr. Musk also shared attacks against Vice President Kamala Harris, posting that the economy would suffer under her 'puppet regime.'
Hours after Musk's post, Reuters reports that "a Pennsylvania state judge on Monday allowed Elon Musk’s $1 million-a-day giveaway to swing state voters to proceed," after the billionaire had "already given away $16 million to registered swing state voters who qualified for the giveaway by signing his political petition."

The Nation justice correspondent Elie Mystal wrote via X on Monday, "Please understand that this platform is about to become the very least reliable source of information in the aggregate if Trump starts losing tomorrow. Coup Two requires people to feel "robbed" and Musk is going to go into overdrive making the MAGAs feel that."
The legal analyst continued, "Honestly, Fox News. Yes, Fox. Rupert Murdoch's Fox, will be a more reliable source of Republican centered information than whatever Elon will push into your algo tomorrow. Except of course when the Fox hosts just quote directly from twitter like idiots."
