Charlamagne tha God predicts 'corrupt, illegitimate' SCOTUS will steal election if Trump loses

Attorney and election law expert Marc Elias has been warning that Donald Trump and his allies will do everything they can to overturn the 2024 presidential election results if he loses — only this time, his operation is much better prepared than it was in 2020.
Radio host Charlamagne tha God is sounding the alarm as well. During an early August appearance on ITK, Charlamagne predicted that if Democratic nominee Kamala Harris defeats Trump in November, the U.S. Supreme Court will overturn the election results.
"Right now, everybody should be focusing on the Supreme Court," Charlamagne argued. "The Supreme Court is no longer a legitimate institution — the same Supreme Court that Donald Trump put three judges on. I'm glad that (President) Joe Biden is calling for Supreme Court reform now, but it's going to take a lot more than that to stop the corruption that is going on with the Supreme Court."

Charlamagne continued, "When you look at the recent rulings of the Supreme Court — whether it's abolishing Roe v. Wade, whether it's the presidential immunity for presidents to get away with crimes, whether it's the fact that elected officials can take bribes now — it's like, what happens in November if the vice president wins, and then Donald Trump challenges the results of the election? In light of all of those recent rulings, what makes us think the Supreme Court wouldn't overturn the results of an election?"
Many Trump critics, including "Real Time" host Bill Maher, have predicted that Trump will not accept the election results if he loses — a prediction Maher also made in 2020.
Charlamagne, however, is going a step further in predicting that the U.S. Supreme Court will help Trump steal the election if he loses.
"That's honestly what I see coming," the radio host warned. "I see that happening right now. I think that is going to be the biggest constitutional crisis of our lifetime come November."

When Charlamagne was asked if, to be clear, he believes the Supreme Court will "overrule the election results if Vice President Harris does win in November," he reiterated, "I don't see how anybody can't see this coming. I really don't…. Presidents having immunity from criminal prosecution?.... What is going to happen in November when Donald Trump challenges the results of an election?.... What makes us think the Supreme Court is going to do the right thing?"
