President-Elect Obama,Your election assures me that the world can become a better and safer place. You are uniquely suited to lead us into the future, not simply because you are well educated and bright, or because you are a citizen of the world as much as a citizen of the US, or because you have assembled a great cabinet, but primarily because of your vision of hope for a sustainable and peaceful planet. Our country is in an extremely difficult situation, with grave economic woes, two wars, rising unemployment, uninsured citizens and underfunded schools. Yet, you can inspire us to be our best; you just need to ask.
