Anti-Trump attorney George Conway has a message for supporters of former President Donald Trump who believe that he garners absolute respect from foreign leaders all across the world.

During a recent episode of The Bulwark's "George Conway Explains It All" podcast, he needled Trump supporters for buying into the former president's frequent claims that America was "respected" during his administration.

"Basically, the entire world makes fun of this man," Conway said. "In MAGA Land, they don't appreciate what a global, planetary joke he is to the world. They think of Donald Trump as this tough guy who scares everybody. He scares everybody the same way that a five-year-old walking around on a roof holding a bomb might scare. But he's, you know, he's weak and pathetic and stupid."

Elsewhere in the podcast, Conway dismissed the notion that President Joe Biden will need to go through very careful preparation to ensure he doesn't get tripped up by the former president during their debate scheduled for this week.

"He's easy to prepare for!" said Conway. "You just know what his pitches are! They're not very good, they're the same pitches and usually in the same order!"

He then said that the job for Biden would be to lay bait for Trump to fall into.

"It's about drawing him out and making him look like the crazed lunatic that he actually is," he said. "And I think that Joe Biden will be successful in this if that's what they're going to try to do, which is what they should do... because he's got one billion times the emotional intelligence of Donald Trump."
