Steve Bannon Has Always Despised Paul Ryan, and This Spectacularly Vulgar Insult Proves It

Bloomberg News reporter Joshua Green has followed the Devil’s grossest play toy Steve Bannon for some time now. He has just released a new book calledDevil’s Bargain: Steve Bannon, Donald Trump and the Storming of the Presidency.

Author Joshua Green writes: "Any study of Trump's rise to the presidency is therefore unavoidably a study of Bannon, too."

Green, a senior national correspondent for Bloomberg Businessweek, has known Bannon since 2011 and has talked to him on and off the record ever since. "He was a filmmaker, he was this kind of fringe character in Washington that not a lot of people knew or thought would be important," Green said.

The cold bleak facts are that opportunity and timing make up a considerable amount of what passes for “history” in the human story, and without going any further into it—Donald Trump is the president of the United States now. But one thing remains—Steve Bannon is probably a psychopath and it’s hard not to believe the myriad insane things you hear about him. An example from Green’s book comes this past summer, when it became more and more clear that “candidate Trump” was going to become “Republican primary winner” Trump. Speaker Paul Ryan’s name was floated out in the ether by many as a White knight savior for the Republican Party. Steve Bannon reportedly had this to say about that.

Steve Bannon reportedly called House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) “a limp-dick motherfucker who was born in a petri dish at the Heritage Foundation,” referring to the think tank whose fiscal conservative policies the representative espouses.

The second part of that sentence is probably more apropos than the first, but the first adds a certain je ne sais quoi. My guess is that Paul Ryan’s response will be something about dreaming about stealing your grandmother’s medicine since he was a younger fellow.
