Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) has become the latest Republican to warn former President Donald Trump against getting too close to racist MAGA activist and 9/11 Truther Laura Loomer.

Writing on Twitter, Tillis made the case that Loomer would do significant damage to Trump's campaign should he keep her on board.

"Laura Loomer is a crazy conspiracy theorist who regularly utters disgusting garbage intended to divide Republicans," Tillis wrote. "A DNC plant couldn't do a better job than she is doing to hurt President Trump's chances of winning re-election. Enough."

In addition to Tillis, Republicans ranging from Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have warned about Loomer's toxic reputation.

However, many of the MAGA faithful were not happy to hear Tillis trashing Loomer.

"Your (sic) just scared of her because she will come for you!" wrote one Trump supporter named Kevin Johnson. "No matter who you are and personally I think we need more Laura Loomers! and don't worry Thom your days in office are Limited as well you Rino!"

"Yet she has broke every major news story when other outlets sit on it," wrote another Trump supporter just hours after Loomer went on a posting spree about the September 11th terrorist attacks being an "inside job."
