On Wednesday, the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing about gaining access to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) wasn’t happy to be there.

“I would just ask a fundamental question, why are we here?” Jordan asked. “It seems to me the reason we’re here is that the Mueller report wasn’t what Democrats thought it was going to be.”

“In fact, it was just the opposite,” he said.

Rep. David Cicilline (D-RI) wondered if Jordan had information the rest of the committee did not.

“You’ve made reference to the Mueller report. Have you seen it? Because we haven’t,” he pointed out.

Jordan said he’d seen Barr’s summary but did not address whether he’d viewed the full Mueller report.
