Watch: Tucker Carlson goes bananas with over-the-top rant about Zelenskyy’s congressional meeting

Fox News' Tucker Carlson raged against Volodymyr Zelenskyy's congressional visit as he took jabs at the Ukraine president’s attire and claimed he “dressed like the manager of a strip club” when he met with lawmakers.
During his rare address on Wednesday, Zelenskyy, who was dressed in war fatigues, expressed gratitude for U.S. lawmakers' efforts to assist his country during its ongoing fight against the Russian insurgency.
Carlson's remarks were made just hours after Zelenskyy's address.
At one point during the segment, the host also mocked the Ukrainian president's attire. “As far as we know, no one’s ever addressed the United States Congress in a sweatshirt before, but they love him much more than they love you,” he told his audience.
The conservative host also expressed outrage over Zelenskyy's request for additional financial assistance and weaponry as he continued his verbal attack on the president.
“The point was to fawn over the Ukrainian strip club manager and hand him billions more dollars from our own crumbling economy,” Carlson said. “It is hard, in fact, it may be impossible, to imagine a more humiliating scenario for the greatest country on Earth.”
Zelenskyy's visit to Washington, D.C., comes as Republican lawmakers prepare to take over the House and focus on a resolution to re-evaluate the government's financial efforts to assist Ukraine in the midst of the Russian invasion. Far-right conspiracy theorist Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) has insisted that she would likely re-introduce her proposed legislative measure although it previously did not move forward.
