What Obama Should Ask for Tonight in His Jobs Plan Speech

Everyone has recommendations for Obama's big jobs speech tonight, and most progressives would like to see him think big and bold, but are concerned about the congressional obstruction that awaits.

Bryce Covert at New Deal 2.0 put together a list of recommendations from her colleagues at the Roosevelt Institute, including how Obama should address young people and whether Americans should even listen to his speech.
