Maddow and New Candidate Tammy Baldwin on Obama and Biden's Big Pro-Union Push: What Does it Mean?

Last night, Rachel Maddow talked about the upcoming election state by state, noting that President Obama and Vice President Biden suddenly seemed to be taking a stronger stand on behalf of workers in Wisconsin, Ohio, and other states this weekend. This is probably good for them, says, Maddow, because "economic populism is not only fun; it happens to win elections."

But how will involvement from DC affect these state by state battles? To help her figure it out, she spoke with newly-announced Wisconsin Senate candiate Tammy Baldwin.
