Ed Schultz Calls Out Trump's Racism

Last night, before he began taking credit for the White House's birth certificate release, Donald Trump was making absurd claims about President Obama's educational trajectory. 'I heard (Obama) was a terrible student,' he said. 'Terrible. How does a bad student go to Columbia and then to Harvard?” The implication being that Obama advanced in Ivy League schools not because of his intellect, but because of his race.

Trump's been peppering his pre-presidential run with loads of racist statements, from his purported friendliness with 'the blacks' to the inherently race-based claims of birtherism. But in the eyes of MSNBC host Ed Schultz, he finally crossed a line with this one, and last night Schultz reached the end of his wit. With an incredulous tone -- 'Wasn't he the president of the Harvard Law Review? What, do you think they gave that to him? Where were you on President Bush, dude?' -- Schultz explicitly called out the racism of Trump and the Republican Party. Watch, via Mediaite:
