A recording seems to show that the hostility toward the press is not limited to presidential tweets.

Television reporter Jamie Dupree posted audio of White House reporters trying to ask President Donald Trump questions as they were escorted out of a cabinet meeting by a yelling staffer.

"Alright, let's go! Make your way out, let's go! We're leaving!" an unnamed staff screamed at the reporters as they tossed out questions on various topics of the day.

You can listen to audio recording of the interaction posted by Dupree.

Trump has largely avoided major press conferences as president, and he almost universally declines to be interviewed by any network that isn't actively supportive of him. He does occasionally answer questions lobbed at him by reporters during media sprays while meeting with his Cabinet or inviting the press into the Oval Office.

The public is not generally able to witness what happens after the cameras are turned off and the reporters are shuffled out. By the sounds of the situation, it's not pleasant or cordial.
