A surprising bit of new information was buried in a New York Times report on Tuesday about Omarosa's secret recordings and President Donald Trump's apparent admission of forcing non-disclosure agreements on White House aides.

Three unnamed current White House officials tell the Times that they are aware of another former employee who recorded inside the administration.

The Times reports:

Officials said they believed that Ms. Manigault Newman might have many dozens of additional audio recordings, and they were preparing for her to release them slowly, to maximize attention on her book. She is not the only West Wing staff member discovered to have been privately taping the president, three current administration officials said; another, now gone, has been caught during Mr. Kelly’s tenure.

The Times notes that non-disclosure agreements signed by administration officials are probably unenforceable, as with any government employee. This gives the White House every reason to fear a wave of continued leaks ahead of the midterm elections.
