Starting Today: Free Contraception Coverage (Sorry, Rush)!

Today's the day that the preventive care provisions of the Affordable Care Act, known as the ACA or "Obamacare" go into effect--and since birth control counts under the new rules as preventive care, it's the first day of no-cost contraception coverage. This is a measure that will make a palpable difference in millions of women's lives from the outset.
