President Donald Trump, who’s known for his 2 a.m. Truth Social posts, doesn’t do a whole lot more than that in the early morning hours, CNN’s Kaitlan Collins said Friday.
Collins, who’s followed the president since the 2016 presidential race, told the New Yorker podcast Trump “doesn’t really do much in the morning."
“Maybe he’ll be posting, but he’s not doing a lot of meetings or press conferences or anything,” she added.

“You wake up to a Truth Social post from him about how he’s voiding all the pardons that President [Joe] Biden issued,” she noted.
Collins, who last week fielded criticism from White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt for asking for proof to verify Trump’s claim about Biden’s pardons being void, told the New Yorker podcast her “job is to ask questions and get answers.”
Collins later added she’s knows Trump is “someone who seeks the validation of the press as much as he criticizes them publicly.”
