'My client likes to talk a lot — unfortunately': Lawyer bemoans Giuliani’s latest outburst

During the second day of Donald Trump's ex-attorney Rudy Giuliani's Georgia defamation trial, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss — the former election workers Giuliani has already been found guilty of defaming — took the stand to testify.
U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell suggested Tuesday the former New York mayor could obtain "additional legal consequences after his continued attacks" on Freeman and Moss. The mother-daughter duo are "seeking between $15 million and $43 million" from Giuliani.
Politico's Kyle Cheney reports on the trial via X (formerly Twitter), writing, "SIBLEY says he warned Giuliani that if he testifies about anything the judge has ordered him not to bring up, he could be held in contempt. 'Contempt has been a running theme throughout this case,' Howell replies."
POLL: Should Trump be allowed to hold office again?
Giuliani's latest defamatory remarks, which he mentioned "he would expand upon when he takes the stand" shocked Sibley.
When Moss took the stand for a second time Tuesday for cross-examination from Sibley, he began by saying, "My client, as you saw last night, likes to talk a lot unfortunately."
The attorney has said he's "not sure how it's reconcilable" when the judge asked how the former mayor would take responsibility for this actions.
