New report finds Jeffrey Epstein visited Bill Clinton's White House repeatedly

South Florida billionaire and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s has extensive connections to the business and political elite. Among those elite is President Bill Clinton, though he and his representatives have emphatically stressed that his interactions with Epstein in the past occurred after Clinton left office in January 2001, and that he knew nothing about the sexual crimes that Epstein has either admitted to or been accused of.
But according to a report by Emily Shugerman and Suzi Parker for the Daily Beast, there may be reason to believe that “ties between Epstein and the Clinton Administration ... date back to the president’s earliest days in the White House.”
Clinton was sworn in as president in January 1993 after defeating incumbent Republican President George H.W. Bush and third-party candidate Ross Perot in the United States’ 1992 election, and the Beast reports that “as early as 1993, records show, Epstein donated $10,000 to the White House Historical Association and attended a donors’ reception hosted by Bill and Hillary Clinton.” This information, according to Shugerman and Parker’s report, casts doubt “on the oft-circulated narrative” that Clinton and Epstein “began associating after Clinton left office.”
Shugerman and Parker go on to report that in 1995, records show, Clinton attended a fundraising dinner “at the Palm Beach home of Revlon mogul Ron Perelman” — and that dinner was also attended by Epstein, actor Don Johnson (of “Miami Vice” fame) and singer Jimmy Buffett.
The Beast report also notes that “Epstein visited presidential aide Mark Middleton several times at the White House” around 1993.
A spokesperson for Clinton, Angel Ureña, stressed to the Daily Beast that the former president has no information on sex crimes Epstein has been convicted or accused of.
Ureña told the Daily Beast, “President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York. Any suggestion to the contrary is both factually inaccurate and irresponsible.”
