‘Pretty messed up’: Church of Satan, Jesuit priest and more blast White House spiritual advisor for commanding ‘any satanic pregnancies to miscarry'

Despite President Donald Trump’s slated appearance at this year’s pro-life "March for Life" rally, his own spiritual advisor prayed for the miscarriage of “satanic pregnancies” in a recent sermon posted Friday by Right Wing Watch.

As seen in a video of the sermon, televangelist Paula White, who serves as special adviser to the White House Faith and Opportunity Initiative, called on Jesus to “command any satanic pregnancies to miscarry right now.”

In response to White’s sermon, the Church of Satan pointed out that “asking your imaginary friend to terminate someone else’s pregnancy against their will is pretty messed up.”

And James Martin SJ, a Jesuit priest and writer, noted “no one should ever pray for any woman to miscarry.”

Jennifer Gunter, an OB/GYN, asked White to send her the “spell book” on satanic pregnancies.
